What counts as a response?

One completed submission of one form. The count covers everything you own, resets on the first of the month, and partly-filled forms that were never submitted do not count.

What happens if I go over?

The form tells the next respondent it cannot take any more this month, and asks them to let you know. Nothing already collected is affected, and everything starts again on the first. Upgrading takes effect immediately.

What happens if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. Your account returns to the Free plan and your forms carry on collecting within the free limits. If a payment simply fails, you keep full access while the card is retried — you are not locked out over a bank's decision.

Can I pay for one month only?

Yes — that is the One month option. It covers thirty days and does not renew, which suits a single survey or a one-off consultation. It costs £5 more than a month of the same plan on a subscription.

Is the free plan a trial?

No. It has no end date and needs no card. It is deliberately large enough to run a real survey rather than just to look at the designer.

What is the catch with the free plan?

Adverts. Forms on the free plan carry advertising, alongside a small FormHoney mark — that is what pays for a free tier this size. Every paid plan removes both. Nothing else about the form changes: the same controls, the same rules, the same exports, and your responses are yours either way.

How do I pay, and who holds my card?

Stripe does. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and never touch this platform. Cancelling, changing card and downloading invoices all happen in Stripe's billing portal, reachable from your account.

Do you charge per person?

No. Plans are per account and priced on what you collect, not on how many people are looking at it.
